Manager:
working for a wage in return for running the pub on the Brewery's behalf. Security deposit will be required.
Short term rolling tenancy:
usually 3 years term, renewable. Requires a deposit for trading account and fixtures and fittings. Cannot sell on / assign the business.
Long term lease:
usually 10 years renewable for further 10 years. Requires trading account security deposit, and the purchase of fixtures and fittings and goodwill. Can sell the remaining term of lease once 2 years have expired.
